Little Sable
Mid-tier tented camp · Khwai Private Reserve (NG18), north-east of Moremi · Natural Selection
A drawing stands in because nobody has sent us a photograph of Little Sable yet. We only publish images we have permission for. Send us five and this page changes the same week.
The affordable door into NG18: the same private reserve, the same activity freedoms, at green-season rates that undercut most of the Khwai corridor. If your priority is night drives and off-road flexibility rather than suite square-meterage, this is one of the smartest bookings in the area.
Why you'd pick it
- The best-value entry point into the Khwai Private Reserve
- Photographic hides on the concession
- Night drives and walking included in the activity menu
What's here
Arranged from the lodge:
- Guided walks
Read from Little Sable's own website in July 2026. Anything not listed we could not confirm, which is not the same as it being absent.
What the park charges on top
The rate above buys you a bed. Moremi Game Reserve charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside, and almost no booking site shows you that.
- Park entryP270 for non-residents, roughly $20.
- $20per person, per day
- VehicleP75 a day for a foreign-registered vehicle, roughly $6.
- $6per vehicle, per day
Three nights means three days inside, so two adults sharing one vehicle pay $138 in park fees before anyone pays for a bed.
The full fee schedule for Moremi Game ReserveRates
From $660 pppn. Published 2026 ladder: $660 green to $1,445 peak season, excluding the $60 conservation fee. Formerly known as Jackal & Hide and Pangolin Khwai; old names persist online.
What the rate covers is not confirmed. We have not been able to check whether meals, drinks and activities are included here, so treat this figure as the bed alone until it is.
Indicative 2026 rates per person per night sharing, gathered July 2026 from operators' own rate sheets where published. Several operators (Kwando Safaris, Desert & Delta, Kwalate Safaris) publish no public rates at all; where that is the case we say 'on enquiry' rather than print a guess. Always confirm with the lodge, and check whether park fees are included.
