Is Okuti good for families?
Okuti accepts children from seven years old, confirmed on the camp's own page, though a separate rates page lists a child discount band of six to fifteen, a minor inconsistency worth checking when you book. It has two family Masasas with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Can you self-drive to Okuti?
Yes. Okuti explicitly welcomes self-drive guests in a 4x4, reachable from Maun, Chobe National Park or within Moremi itself, and the operator recommends prior 4x4 experience. This is unusual for a camp inside the reserve, where most lodges are fly-in only.
Is Okuti wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Okuti's own page states that raised wooden walkways connect all areas of camp, making it wheelchair accessible throughout, and the operator separately tags it wheelchair friendly in its amenities list. This makes it one of the few genuinely accessible camps in the Delta.
