An architectural statement lodge shaped like a curled pangolin, on the private concession it shares with Chitabe. The building gets the attention, but the game viewing on the Santantadibe floodplains holds its own, with full concession freedoms the reserve does not allow. &Beyond is a privately held South African group founded in 1991. What the park charges on top
The rate above buys you a bed. Moremi Game Reserve charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside. Here is what that adds up to.

From $2,680 pppn. 2026: $4,100 per person per night in high season (1 July to 31 October, and 21 December 2026 to 10 January 2027) and $2,680 in mid season (1 November to 20 December). 2027: $3,800 high (1 June to 31 October, and 21 December to 10 January 2028), $2,300 mid (1 April to 31 May and 1 November to 20 December) and $1,850 low (11 January to 31 March). The rate covers accommodation, three meals a day, soft drinks, house wines, local spirits and beers, refreshments on game drives, laundry, all safari activities, emergency medical evacuation cover, VAT, park fees and transfers to and from the lodge airstrip. Kwando Safaris, Desert & Delta and Kwalate Safaris publish no public rates at all, so those say on enquiry. Always confirm with the lodge, and check whether park fees are included.

Is Sandibe good for families?
Yes. The lodge's own page says children of all ages are welcome, with childminders on request and a WILDchild programme, and there is one family suite among its 12 to 13 units for about 26 guests. No minimum age for game drives is stated, so ask the operator what applies to young children.
Can you self-drive to Sandibe?
No. Sandibe is fly-in only, served by its own Sandibe airstrip, with transfers to the lodge included in the rate. There is no public road access to this private concession, so every stay starts and ends with a light aircraft flight arranged by the operator.
What does the rate at Sandibe include?
Per the operator, the rate covers accommodation, three meals a day, soft drinks, house wine, local spirits and beer, drinks on game drives, laundry, all safari activities, medical evacuation cover, VAT, park fees and transfers to and from the lodge airstrip. Is Sandibe good for a honeymoon?
Sandibe's pangolin-shaped building is one of the Delta's most photographed lodges, and the private concession allows off-road and night drives the reserve itself does not permit. The record does not mention plunge pools or outdoor baths specifically, so check current suite features with the operator if romance extras matter to you.
